Kazakh craftsmen set a world record. Craftsmen from 17 regions of the country sewed 660 meters of a kurak blanket of the same shape, design, and size. The seamstresses followed the same rules for sewing kurak blankets. The oldest seamstress among those participating in the national cultural event is 90 years old, and the youngest is 6 years old.
